Eligibility requirements

This promotional offer is available only to participants who meet the applicable eligibility requirements. To qualify for the Discounted Destination Getaway, participants must:

• Be at least 25 years of age.
• Have a minimum combined household income of $60,000 per year before taxes.
• Provide a valid government issued photo ID, such as a driver's license or passport.
• Provide a valid major credit card or debit card.
• If married or co-habituating, both partners must participate in the required presentation together.

Save On Travel 365 reserves the right to verify eligibility and request appropriate documentation before the promotional offer is issued or redeemed.

Required online Discovery Session

Although purchase of this Double Destination Getaway is not required in order to participate in the Travel and Lifestyle Discovery Session, redemption and use of the two Discounted Destination Getaways included with this offer does require participation in a 60 to 90 minute live online Travel & Lifestyle Discovery Session. There is no obligation to purchase, sign, or join any program during or after the presentation.

The session is designed to provide an informative introduction to Save On Travel 365 and/or affiliate partners' travel and lifestyle offerings and can be attended from the comfort of your home using a desktop computer, laptop, or tablet. Cell phones are not permitted.

If you are married or co-habituating, both partners must attend together on the same device and from the same location. Both participants must be visible on camera, with video and microphone enabled throughout the session. For the best experience, participants should attend from a quiet location at home and should not participate while working, driving, or engaged in another activity.

Discounted Destination Getaways

Upon successful completion of the required Discovery Session, eligible participants may select from the 20 available destinations offered through the Discounted Destination Getaway promotion. The promotional offer includes two Discounted Destination Getaways for up to four people, subject to availability and the applicable terms of the offer.

All travel must be completed within 24 months from the date the promotional package is issued. The Discounted Destination Getaways are non-transferable and may only be redeemed and used by the eligible participant(s) who received the offer.

Cancellation and refund policy

The S365 Double Destination Getaway™ may be cancelled within 30 days of the original purchase date for a full refund, provided the purchaser has not completed the required Discovery Session or submitted a reservation request for either getaway. Upon completion of the Discovery Session or submission of a reservation request, the promotional package becomes non-refundable, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

Reservations and availability

All accommodations are subject to availability and are provided through Save On Travel 365 and/or its affiliated hotel, resort, and travel partners. Reservations must be requested at least 30 days before the desired travel date. While advance notice does not guarantee availability, providing more notice gives us the best opportunity to accommodate your preferred travel dates. We will send multiple lodging options to choose from to help ensure we lock in the dates of your requested travel.

Save On Travel 365 reserves the right to substitute accommodations, when necessary, with comparable accommodations of equal or greater value.

Changes and cancellations

Cancellations or changes made more than 5 days before the scheduled arrival date will not incur a cancellation penalty. Cancellations or changes made within 5 days of the scheduled arrival date will incur a $100 penalty and rescheduling fee.

There are no refunds or replacement Discounted Destination Getaways for failure to arrive on the scheduled check-in date (no-show), early check-out, or unused portions of a reserved stay. By making a reservation, you acknowledge and agree to these cancellation and reservation policies.

Force majeure

Save On Travel 365 is not responsible for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, hurricanes, floods, fires, pandemics, epidemics, government orders or restrictions, labor disputes, or other events of force majeure.

Additional travel costs

The Discounted Destination Getaway does not include airfare or other transportation, meals, gratuities, personal incidentals, or any other expenses not specifically identified as included in the offer.

At check-in, the participating hotel or resort may place a pre-authorization on the guest's credit or debit card for a security deposit covering incidentals and applicable property charges. Certain hotels or resorts may also charge resort fees and/or parking fees, which are the responsibility of the guest and are typically paid directly to the property at check-in. Any applicable resort or parking fees will be disclosed during the reservation process whenever known and before the reservation is finalized.

Children and pets

Children are welcome to participate in the Discounted Destination Getaway, subject to the occupancy requirements and policies of the participating hotel or resort. Pets are not permitted unless the animal qualifies as a service animal under applicable law and is permitted by the participating property.

Offer restrictions

• Limit one promotional offer per household.
• The two Discounted Destination Getaways are non-transferable.
• The offer has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• The offer may not be combined with other promotions or offers unless expressly authorized by Save On Travel 365.
• All travel and accommodations are subject to availability.
• Travel must be completed within 24 months from the date the promotional package is issued.
• This offer is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws.
• These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada.
• Save On Travel 365 is not responsible for losses or damages resulting from unauthorized representations or misrepresentations made by third parties.

Hotel names, photographs, logos, trademarks, and other copyrighted materials displayed in connection with this offer are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification and illustrative purposes only.

Save On Travel 365 may fulfill portions of this offer through affiliated travel partners, suppliers, hotels, resorts, or other third party providers. The display of a hotel name, logo, photograph, or other property information does not necessarily indicate direct ownership of or affiliation with Save On Travel 365. All components of this offer may be fulfilled by Save On Travel 365 and/or qualified third party travel partners and suppliers.
